Office Solutions was established in 2004 by husband and wife team Phillip and Shelly Howells and started in a small warehouse on Riverside Park. Middlesbrough.

It began selling factory returned office furniture after discovering an opening in the market for office furniture on a budget. They specialised in supplying to new and expanding businesses wanting good quality furniture without breaking the bank.

After a steady growth in sales they began to offer a range of new furniture still at unrivalled prices to addition to the returns, as their profile grew and they were attracting larger orders.

In 2006 Office Solutions purchased their first delivery vehicle, as part of their service included delivery and installation. It was also around this Phil and Shelly realised they had outgrown their premises and moved into a 5000 sq ft warehouse in Thornaby.
